Where It All Began

Neu Tool & Supply is founded by the Neu family in 1964, beginning a journey into the wholesale distribution industry with a focus on service and reliability.

2020

Employee Ownership

Neu Tool transitions to a 100% Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), empowering employees with ownership and a shared stake in the company’s success.

2022

New Leadership

Troy Beauchamp is named President of Neu Tool, helping to guide the company’s continued growth and direction.

2025

A New Home

Neu Tool relocates its headquarters from New Berlin, WI to Waukesha, WI, expanding its operations and positioning for the future.
